Subscription Refund/Cancellation
Subscriber can cancel their current subscription up to 24 hours prior to renewal date.
Store Return
Subscriber can return merchandise up to 7 days from date of delivery if products are unused and/or package.
Open Item
Open item can be returned up to 15 days from delivery receipt date due to manufacturing defect upon verification.
Refund
All refunds will be processed within 7 days after receipt of returned goods post successful verification.
No return
No return will be entertained if product(s) are improperly handled, and/or tampered with. We reserve all rights to conduct proper investigations to validate the claim, upon approval only refund can be issued. Users are advised to make audio & video proof of unboxing for faster processing.
